This policy explains how we process the personal data of people who visit the website at mhslinks.com or contact us. Your personal data is processed by MHS LINKS CONSULTANCY L.L.C S.O.C (“MHS Links”), headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, as the data controller, in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, for persons residing in Türkiye, Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

Personal Data We Process
- Identity: first name and last name
- Contact: email address, phone number
- Request details: company name, the area you are interested in and the content of your message
- Security: IP address, browser and device information, server logs
Purposes of Processing
- Responding to your meeting and contact requests
- Forwarding your request to the relevant team (MHS Links AI, MHS Links Cyber or MHS Links Media)
- Concluding and performing service agreements and running projects
- Keeping information secure and meeting our legal obligations
- Operating the website and keeping it secure
Legal Bases
Under KVKK, we process your personal data where it is directly related to concluding or performing a contract, where it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, and on the basis of our legitimate interests, provided that this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (KVKK Article 5(2)(c), (ç) and (f)). Where an activity requires your explicit consent, we ask for it separately.
Under UAE legislation, we process your data where it is necessary to conclude or perform a contract to which you are a party or to take steps at your request before entering into one, to comply with our legal obligations and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.
Sharing and International Transfers
Within the group, your request is shared only with the team it relates to (MHS Links AI, MHS Links Cyber or MHS Links Media). We may also share your personal data with the providers of our hosting, form and email services where this is necessary to provide the service, and with public authorities where the law requires it.
As we are headquartered in the United Arab Emirates and our website hosting and form infrastructure are provided by Netlify, Inc., based in the United States, the personal data you send through the form is processed in these countries. Transfers abroad are subject to Article 9 of KVKK and other applicable legislation.
How We Collect Data
We collect your personal data electronically, by fully or partly automated means, through the contact form on our website, by email and through our other communication channels.
Retention
We keep your personal data for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods set out in the applicable legislation. When these periods end, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used for that purpose;
- know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom your data is transferred;
- request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and, under the conditions of the law, its erasure or destruction;
- request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom your data was transferred;
- object to a decision against you that results solely from automated analysis of your data;
- claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
Under UAE legislation, you also have the right, in the cases set out in the law, to request that the processing of your data be restricted or stopped and to receive your data in a structured format.
How to Exercise Your Rights
You can send your requests in writing to Office GF-82, Wafi Residence Office LHEU, Opposite Dubai Health Care City Metro, Al Razi Street, Umm Hurair II, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, or by email to iletisim@mhslinks.com, either from the email address you previously gave us and that is registered in our system, or signed with a secure electronic or mobile signature. We respond as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. Requests are free of charge; however, if responding involves an additional cost, we may charge the fee set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy in line with changes in legislation and in our services. The current version is always published on this page.
